Community engagement is time spent replying to comments on your posts and engaging with your target audience. DM management is a separate add-on covering your inbox. Packages can be customized, and Media by Bella packages are updated over time as needs and services change. The deliverables and rate in your signed agreement apply for your term; updated packages apply when you renew or extend.
How we count
What counts as a post
Packages are counted in posts, not hours, so you always know what you’re getting.
A post
One produced reel, one designed carousel, or one B-roll clip with text. Each comes with a written caption, a hook, and publishing. Reels and carousels count the same inside a package, so you can mix them.
A story frame
One designed, captioned story slide, posted for you. Frames are counted per month.
Filming
You send the footage and I handle everything after. Want me to film it? Add a production day: a half-day starts at $1,000 (up to 4 hours) and a full day at $1,800 (up to 8 hours), available nationwide and quoted by location, shoot needs and availability.
Cross-posting
Instagram is the home platform. Foundation and above also publish the same post to TikTok, and The Essential and custom plans add YouTube Shorts. No separate platform-specific content or strategy.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included, within reason: changes to what I delivered, like wording, pacing or swapping a clip. A new concept or a re-shoot is a new request and quoted separately.

Starter + Foundation
Up to a 60-minute strategy call, account and content audit, content pillars, your first month’s content calendar, and a profile refresh — bio, highlights and covers.
Growth
Everything above, plus a brand voice document, competitor research and a 90-day content roadmap.
Essential + custom
Everything above, plus full visual direction, a hook and format library, and a quarterly planning session.

Reel editing
Send your raw footage and get back produced reels, ready to post. Just the edit.
High volume
B-roll volume
A reel is a produced edit. A B-roll post is one 3–7 second clip with text. Different jobs, different prices. Built from your existing footage library.
Paid ads
Meta ads + creatives
I run your Facebook and Instagram ads and make the creatives that go in them. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and is not included in my fee. Booked on its own or alongside a management package.

Brand deal management
Get paid partnerships and keep them organised, with or without a management package. This is me running your deals — not me being the talent.

Production
Professional shoots on location, available nationwide — my team behind the camera, you and your brand in front of it. Half-day or full-day, priced by location and what the shoot needs.

When you want my face on it. UGC is made for your account to post. Influencer work goes out to my audience.
